CIEE: Language and Society in Seville

Program Overview

Note: This program will not be available after Spring 2017

The Language and Society program is geared to intermediate-level language students who want to see a marked improvement in their language skills while gaining an understanding of Spanish culture. Course work combines intensive language and content courses.

You will take one intensive five-credit Spanish course for the first few weeks of the program and four more classes during the regular semester, including two CIEE language classes and two content classes (CIEE content courses or Cursos para Extranjeros courses). Students who have will have taken any 300-level Spanish courses prior to the program should instead consider the CIEE Seville Liberal Arts program.

All courses are taught in Spanish.
