Program Overview

The Sustainable Development in Beijing program introduces you to the critical field of sustainability through lecture, discussion, student research, and first-hand experiential activities in China. You will take four to six area studies and language courses.

Given the country's continued urban growth, China is an ideal site to explore the impact of such development on resources and the environment, both within cities and the surrounding areas.
