Singapore is one of the world’s most globalized cities and a country with one of the most rapidly growing and exciting economies. As an PR intern in Singapore, you will help support a creative planner, media planner, or account executive in a PR firm working with local or international entities. Most likely, you will write press releases, represent clients at marketing or promotional events, and support client planning and analysis. You also have the opportunity to attend conferences and work with the press to ultimately learn how to communicate the right message to the right audience.
Internship assignments vary. While internships help develop technical abilities, they provide more fundamental life skills. Interns will get an introduction to the professional world as well as the opportunity to gain career ready competencies in critical thinking, problem solving, teamwork, and global and intercultural fluency.
