This program is designed for students considering a career in any communication environment. You will gain valuable hands-on experience in a multifaceted academic and professional environment, including the opportunity to participate in the publication and production of the Mas + Menos magazine. CIEE guarantees the social and cultural immersion of participants in the host society via specialized projects and extra-curricular activities.
You will take the Intensive Advanced Spanish Grammar course offered during the Intensive Session at the start of the semester. At the completion of the Intensive Session, you will take one required core course, one elective course, and two electives chosen from the CIEE Liberal Arts program or Universidad de Sevilla regular university and Cursos para Extranjeros offerings.
All courses are taught in Spanish.

Selection for the program is based on a review of your written application, recommendation, transcript(s), and completion of the interview process. Qualified applicants are recommended by a GEO Study Abroad Program Advisor. The final selection of participants is made by CIEE.
IMPORTANT: Application for a CIEE program involves two parts:
- Completion of the GEO application process.
- Completion of the CIEE application process.
Please note that the GEO deadline supersedes the CIEE deadline. An application fee is due at the time of application and is non-refundable under any circumstances.

If your program has a Priority Deadline, complete all pre-decision application materials by this date to receive a $100 credit toward your program fee. Please note, students participating in multiple summer programs are only eligible to receive the $100 credit once.
Note: this $100 discount does not apply to priority deadlines for SIT programs.
