The Bridging Project offers scholarships to American undergraduate students participating in study abroad programs in Japan. Recipients are awarded $2,500 for semester-long programs and $4,000 for academic year-long programs. Undergraduate students majoring in any field are eligible to apply for the Bridging Scholarship for Study in Japan.

Requirements:

• Applicant must be a US citizen
• Must be enrolled as an undergraduate in a college or university before and during the time they are studying abroad
• Study in Japan must earn credit that will transfer to the US university
