Meg joined the GEO staff as a study abroad advisor in December 2018 where she advises for programs in Africa, Italy, and London. As a first-generation college graduate, Meg feels passionate about expanding learning opportunities for all students and increasing the accessibility of global experiences. She has traveled extensively and has lived and worked in the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, and Kyrgyzstan. She has an MA-TESOL degree and recently earned an M.Ed. in College Student Services Administration. When not teaching or traveling, Meg enjoys hiking the Pacific Crest trail, experimenting in her garden, and watching live music - preferably outdoors!
