Global Oregon Summer Grants

The Global Oregon Initiative invites UO undergraduate students to apply for one of ten $500 research awards and UO graduate students to apply for one of five $2,000 research awards offered to support global education experiences (intensive study abroad, international internships, international research opportunities, participation in international events). The award can be used for activities between May 1, 2017 and April 1, 2018.

In an effort to support University of Oregon student participation in study abroad programs, the Division of Global Engagement has funded a passport initiative. This initiative awards a grant that covers the cost of a U.S. passport book and first-time processing fee to all eligible freshman and sophomore standing students.
