First-year Clark Honors College students are invited to learn from the Global Education Oregon (GEO) team about how to be prepared to study abroad during your time at UO. Your CHC first-year advisors will also be there to talk about working it into your graduation plan and how course equivalencies will work.

Interested in the wine marketing in Siena program? This program will explore the global wine industry with a focus on Italian wines from Tuscany. This info session will go over all of the program details and requirements. 

The Global Opportunities Fair is a collaborative initiative hosted by the Schnitzer School of Global Studies and Languages and the Lundquist College of Business (LCB). The event connects students with academic and co-curricular global experiences through partnerships with the Center for Academic Advising, Global Education Oregon (GEO), the Career Center, and other campus partners.

Bringing together academic programs, advisors, student organizations, career services, study abroad providers, and faculty, the fair highlights how international experiences and language proficiency can enrich students’ education and contribute to professional success across industries and sectors.

Whether you’re a Lundquist College student exploring global markets or a Schnitzer School student looking to apply your language and cultural skills in international business contexts, the Global Opportunities Fair is an opportunity to discover new connections, explore global experiences, and uncover pathways that bridge academics, culture, and career development.

Attend this workshop to learn about the Boren Scholarship, an award of up to $25,000 for studying a critical language abroad. This includes languages such as Japanese, Korean, Russian, Chinese, Arabic, Portuguese, Swahili, among others.

The session will provide an overview of the UO GlobalWorks internship programs in Asia and the Freeman Internship Fellowships. It will cover basic information about the programs, including eligibility requirements, available opportunities, application processes, funding support, and key deadlines. The session will also highlight what students can expect from participating in these programs and provide guidance on how to prepare a strong application.
