Education
Education and English teaching internships overseas are designed to provide students with practical experience in their chosen specialty and preferred career field while allowing students to develop teaching skills and learn new pedagogical styles that will benefit them after graduating from the UO.
Education Internships are customizable and can be located in any of the locations where GlobalWorks operates. Please note that if a placement involves working with youth, students may be required to be subject to a background check through either the local government or through a US-based organization (state or federal).

Qualifications
- Minimum 2.75 GPA
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work independently
- Ability to take initiative, work independently and deal with ambiguity
- Flexibility to take on multiple job responsibilities, including entry level tasks
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work on a team
- Strong attention to accuracy, details, and organizational skills
