Themes

Need inspiration? Check out some ideas below:

  • Ducks in Action — Content featuring UO students in frame: on excursions, throwing the O, sightseeing, or just living abroad life. If a Duck is in the shot, we want to see it!
  • Special Sightings — Unique experiences from your time abroad: a dance or cooking class, a cute animal encounter, trying new cultural foods. Capture the moments that made your experience one of a kind.

DM your photos/videos to @geoabroad or email dgecomms@uoregon.edu. Submissions are due by September 20, 2026. Winners will be notified by email by October 1.
