Jenn has a B.A. in Narrative Studies from the University of Southern California and an M.S. in College Student Services Administration from Oregon State University, where she specialized in international education. Her experiences as an international student in the US and as a study abroad student in the UK inspired her to work in international education. Prior to joining GEO, Jenn worked in the University of Auckland's International Office in New Zealand.
Dennis C. Galvan is Professor of Political Science and Global Studies and Vice Provost for Global Engagement at the University of Oregon. Professor Galvan received his Ph.D. from U.C. Berkeley in 1996 and his B.A. from Stanford in 1987. He has conducted field research since 1988 in a cluster of thirty villages in rural Senegal, and has conducted comparative field research in Central Java, Indonesia, since 1999.
Alyssa is from a suburb of Chicago and has been working in the Division of Global Engagement since 2018. She earned her BA in English Literature and Spanish from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and studied abroad for a semester at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid. She went on to pursue her MEd in Higher Education Policy and Leadership at Marquette University and her MBA from the University of Oregon. Alyssa has been working in the field of International Education for about a decade. She spends most of her free time cooking, running, reading, and traveling.
