Schwarzman Scholars

The Schwarzman Scholars (opens in new window) is a fully funded, one-year master’s program, at Tsinghua University in Beijing (opens in new window) that is designed to prepare students for global leadership roles. Students live and study together on the Schwarzman College campus where they spend a year immersed in an international community of innovators and leaders in business, politics and society. The program is taught entirely in English and is ideal for students interested in public policy, business and economics and international studies.

Every year, up to 200 Schwarzman Scholars (opens in new window) will represent the world’s next generation of leaders — high-caliber individuals with open minds and limitless potential.

Schwarzman Scholars (opens in new window) will be selected based on not only their academic aptitude and intellectual ability, but also their leadership potential, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to anticipate and act on emerging trends and opportunities, exemplary character, and desire to understand other cultures, perspectives and positions.

All qualified candidates will have completed their undergraduate degrees before enrollment and must be proficient in English.
