As part of the GEO General Scholarships application, GEO is offering awards of $500 - $1,500 for students participating in Summer Faculty-Led Programs. Award recipients are chosen based on academic merit, financial need, and overall quality of their application essay. To be considered, complete an application for the GEO General Scholarship by the March 1 deadline (Summer). Students who apply will automatically be considered for multiple awards, including the scholarship funding reserved specifically for participation in a Summer GEO Faculty-Led program.
Eligibility Requirements
- 2.50 cumulative GPA
- Enrolled as a degree-seeking undergraduate or graduate student at the UO.
- Must ultimately be accepted to participate in a Summer GEO Faculty-Led program.
- Must demonstrate financial need based on FAFSA/ORSAA. International students complete the ISSS/DGE Statement of Financial Need
