You will be assigned to internships according to your interests and qualifications. Internships are full-time experiences for a minimum of five weeks (25 working days) of the program. Internship reports must be completed after the program ends. Internship supervisors will also complete evaluations. Prior internship placements have been with:GTV, Ghana’s government-owned station.Several private TV stations: TV3; TV Africa; Metro TV.Radio Univers (a University of Ghana-affiliated station).Several private radio stations: Peace FM; Choice FM; Joy FM.Several advertising agencies: Lentis Advertising; Orakle Advertising; Origin 8 Advertising; Apex; Brand Effect; Strat Comm.Daily Graphic and Ghanaian Times (government newspapers).Several private newspapers: Accra Mail; Chronicle; Statesman; Business and Financial Times; Public Agenda; New Crusading Guide.Media Foundation for West Africa (monitors human rights violations in the region).Abantu for Development (supports women’s roles in policy making).Self-help Initiative Support Services (provides skills training to the unemployed).
