Tel Aviv University offers a variety of programs. Credit information: To convert TAU semester credits to UO quarter credits, multiply the number of credits in each class by 1.5.
Semester/Year Abroad program (fall semester, spring semester, or yearlong): You will take 5 classes per semester from a variety of subjects, including: arts and culture, business, environmental studies, film and media studies, sciences, history, international relations, Jewish studies, law, Middle Eastern studies, social sciences, and more. Before the beginning of the semester, you will enroll in required 4-6 week intensive Hebrew language course, called an Ulpan.
The Study Abroad and Internship Program includes the same components as above plus an internship. The internship program is available for fall semester, spring semester, or the full academic year. For spring semester students, this extends the length of your program. For fall semester and yearlong students, the internship does not affect the program length. Visit the link above for more information.
Students with advanced proficiency in written and spoken Hebrew may join courses taught in Hebrew at TAU departments, subject to approval by the TAU International office and the relevant department. However, students taking these courses should be prepared to be in Israel longer as the schedule for these courses is not the same as for study abroad courses.

Designed for pre-med and other health or science undergraduate students, this program allows you to participate in clinical research, take classes, and conduct volunteer work. Your classes will focus on health, psychology, clinical research, and Hebrew language.
Entrepreneurship, Innovation, and Business in Israel (spring semester): Known as the “startup nation,” Israel is a fascinating case study for students interested in business and entrepreneurship. You will take core business classes on entrepreneurship and innovation, plus two elective classes. Another option is the Entrepreneurship and Internship Study Abroad Program, which includes a part-time internship (note that this program is longer).
