Studying abroad in Amsterdam was one of the most rewarding experiences of my academic journey. Living and learning in an international environment allowed me to broaden my perspective, meet people from different cultures, and gain a deeper understanding of how business, technology, and society operate on a global scale. The city itself was incredibly welcoming, and I loved being able to explore its history, culture, and unique way of life while balancing my coursework and professional development. My biggest takeaway was the confidence I gained from stepping outside my comfort zone. Navigating a new country, collaborating with people from diverse backgrounds, and adapting to unfamiliar situations helped me grow both personally and professionally. What surprised me most was how quickly Amsterdam felt like home and how much I learned from everyday interactions outside the classroom. I would highly encourage other students to study abroad because it offers experiences, perspectives, and personal growth that simply cannot be replicated at home.
