London becomes your classroom and workplace for this semester long exploration of Journalism and Media at the GEO London Centre. From international news organizations to emerging digital platforms, you'll examine how media shapes culture, politics, and public discourse while gaining insight into the forces transforming the industry today. Engage with professionals through guest speakers, site visits, and an internship that bring course concepts to life beyond the classroom. Along the way, you'll build practical communication skills, gain real-world professional experience, expand your global perspective, and discover what it means to tell stories while living and learning in a global communications hub.

Course Equivalencies

Housing Description

Students will be living in shared housing in Central London. Students will be housed in twin rooms in either apartments or studios with shared living spaces. The housing will be conveniently located in either Zone 2 or Zone 3 in London. Students will be within walking distance of the Tube network, local supermarkets, restaurants and cafes.The housing will be fully furnished and the cooking spaces will be fully equipped with utensils, plates, glasses and cookware. All apartments have Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, linens and 24/7 emergency support.Your program application will have a housing questionnaire to gather information and assist with roommate assignments. Please note that students may share an apartment with students of a different gender.
