Studying abroad in London, Edinburgh, and Cardiff led by Dr. Yoav Dubinsky was an amazing experience. As someone who wants to enter the sports business, this program provided useful insights into the industry. It not only featured tours and events surrounding sports but also in-depth meetings and interviews with professionals across the UK. Over a month, we toured stadiums like Stamford Bridge, Wembley, Lords, and Twickenham. We attended events like Wimbledon and an England Women’s cricket match. We supported England throughout their run in the Euro championship, and we learned about sports diplomacy from the Welsh government and more. The friends I made in this program are what made the program so fulfilling, and I couldn’t recommend studying abroad more!

One of the most interesting parts of this program was the focus on sustainability in sports. We had the opportunity to have a panel with PhD students from Loughborough University to learn more about how sports impact climate change and how fans and teams alike can work to combat this growing issue.
