Myrna earned her M.S. in Educational Leadership and Policy from Portland State University and her B.A. in Anthropology from Linfield University. She has a plethora of global experiences from living in Durango, Mexico, studying abroad in Dakar, Senegal, and working as an English Teaching Assistant in Montluçon, France. Her experiences abroad solidified her passion for the field of international education.
In her free time, Myrna enjoys hiking, spending quality time with her dogs, Bleu and Alekai, and reading.
