Yiling is a living example of global mobility in action, showcasing a unique blend of initiative, curiosity, adaptability, and global perspective. Born and raised in China, Yiling started her international education experience as an exchange student in the United States. She then expanded her global exposure through language and cultural exploration in Germany, and went on to establish both her academic and professional life in the United States.
Yiling holds a bachelor’s degree in Insurance and Risk Management from Southwest Minzu University (Chengdu, China) and worked in marketing in Shanghai and Chengdu for three years. She later earned her master’s degree in Project Management from Missouri State University and currently serves as a Global Engagement Program Coordinator, where she supports international education initiatives and cross-cultural programs while gaining deeper insight into U.S. workplace culture and intercultural collaboration.

She thrives on new challenges and enjoys turning discomfort zones into comfort zones. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, dancing, traveling, and watching documentaries.
